   This Command (BKUP) needs at least two Parameters:

      1. The Path of the Directory to be backed up such 
          as D:\Lotus, C:\qpro

      2. The Drive (or Partition) Letter where Compressed 
         Backups will be stored, such as, E: 

      3. (optional) If and only if you wish to preserve 
         THIS BACKUP for future reference, specify a THIRD 
         parameter 'p(orP)'

   For example, the command should look like:         
      'bkup C:\Excel E: [p/P]'
